A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days before departure. Cancellation 60 days before departure incurs a 20% fee, 30 days before incurs a 50% fee, and within 30 days incurs a 100% fee. The company reserves the right to alter itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients must have valid passports and any required visas. The company is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage during the trip. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
